I met James from his website as I was searching for ways to invest in real estate, since Hawaii’s real estate market is so expensive. After some assurances from James, I decided to take the plunge and buy a brand new 7 bedroom villa, which he recommended for a good return on investment. What I paid for that house fully furnished I could not even buy a small house in Hawaii and if I could I’d definitely have to fix it up! The mortgage process was a little involved and more detailed than I remember, but it has been awhile since I had bought a house and I guess the mortgage industry is much more regulated now.
I recently was able to travel and stay at the house and It was every bit as impressive as the pictures James had sent. Now I have a nice place to stay for family vacations to the many theme parks.
